**Monthly Physicals**

**To Create Monthly Bulk Tank Count**
---------------------------------------
    1. Click **Monthly Physicals** on the navigation bar
    2. Select **Monthly Bulk Tank Counts** from the drop-down menu
    3. Click the **Add Bulk Tank Count** |add_bulk_tank_count.png| button and the Bulk Tank Count page (See image below) is now displayed:

        - Enter Date and Time Prepared
        - Opening Stock is the Previous Tank Value
        - Enter Tank count values for Receipts of Tanks and Physical Stock
        - The Quantity Used this Month column will be automatically calculated (Receipt of Tanks - Physical Stock + Quantity Used This Month)
        - **Update** button to save
        - **Completed** button to close the transaction
        - **Actions** button to Add Another Record (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Add Missing Tanks (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Export to Excel (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Delete Record
        - **Actions** button to Force Open Completed transactions
        - **Tank Count** button to exit the transaction

*Note: For inventory to be updated, transactions must be closed**

    1. Click **Monthly Physicals** on the navigation bar
    2. Select **Monthly Metal Management** from the drop-down menu
    3. Click the **Add Metal Management** |add_metal_management.png| button and the Bulk Tank Count page (See image below) is now displayed:

        - Enter Date and Time Prepared
        - Enter number of cylinder washed
        - Enter number of cylinder painted
        - Enter number of cylinder shot blast
        - Add Note
        - **Update** button to save
        - **Completed** button to close the transaction
        - **Actions** button to Add Another Record (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Add Missing Cylinders (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Export to Excel (if required)
        - **Actions** button to Delete Record
        - **Actions** button to Force Open Completed transactions
        - **Metal Management** button to exit the transaction
