**To Report an Issue**

    40.	Click **Report Issue** on the navigation bar.
    41.	Click the **Add Record** |add_record| button and the Report Issue page (see image below) is now displayed:

            * Enter the Title 
            * Enter the Body
            * **Add** Button to create the issue
