Getting Started

How to Login

  1. Users must have internet access and an internet browser and the IMS LPG site’s address:

    • Select and open an internet browser (Google Chrome recommended) and enter and search https://lpg.myinventorycontrol.com

    • The browser will display the login page (See image below).

    • Enter Username and Password assigned to you by your administrator and click Login.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Login to the site

  2. Select your Display Name display_name in the top right-hand corner

  3. Then select Profile from the options displayed

  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see the Change Password section.

  5. Enter your new password into both boxes, then click Update.

How To Navigate Through The Site

  1. After you have logged in, located on the left-hand side is your navigation bar (See image below), which allows you to view, edit and add to the site based on your user roles.

Dashboards

Inventory Overview

  1. Displays a snapshot of the current inventories on-hand for:

    • Cylinder Inventory

    • Tank Inventory

Note: All on-hand inventories are based on the last transaction completed (closed).

Cargo Overview

  1. Displays information on each vessel:

    • Vessels Arrival Date

    • Barrels Delivered

    • Barrels Received

    • Barrel Variance (#)

    • Barrel Variance (%)

History

  1. Displays a history of transactions by date for:

    • All Tank Movement

    • Filling Activity Cylinders

    • Delivered Cylinders

    • Leakers

    • Vehicle Deliveries
